Flexjet was originally an extension of American Airlines first class service and operated under the Bombardier name but name changed to Flexjet. They are a world wide fractional carrier. The Flexjet 25 Jet Card Program is operated under Part 135 by Jet Solutions, LLC, as a U.S. air carrier and as an agent for Jet Solutions, LLC. Flexjet acts as an agent for the customer with on-demand charter broker services when arranging transportation operated under Part 135. As of the January 2014 they have 72 aircraft and over 300 pilots.
